Service Description

Grief therapy, also known as bereavement counseling, is a type of psychotherapy that helps individuals cope with and manage the emotional pain of losing a loved one. It is a process of supporting and guiding individuals through the grieving process, which can include feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, and confusion. Grief therapists use various techniques, such as active listening, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, to help individuals process their emotions and develop coping strategies. The goal of grief therapy is to facilitate healing and integration of the loss, ultimately allowing individuals to find a new sense of balance and purpose.
